Last Saturday Ben and his brother Joel competed in a triathlon- 1/4 mile swim, 13.5 mile bike ride and 3.5 mile run. They both did great! Ben had his best time to date at 1 hour 16 minutes and Joel finished just ahead of him in 1 hour 14 minutes. Great job guys! Here are a few pics from the day!
