We have started a tradition that on our kiddos birthdays we always have pancakes with candles and sing to them. Here is Sawyer singing "Happy Birthday" to himself.
What would the Fourth of July be without the LP parade?!?!?! Did you know that LaPorte is the official capital of Indiana on the 4th every year??? There is your trivia for the day.
Kind of a sad family picture. It was our only attempt of the day. Ben is the only one looking somewhat normal. Charlie was too busy to even join us.

We were a little disappointed in the "clientele" this year at the parade. Usually you can see every weirdo from LaPorte County at the parade. Examples: People walking their weird dogs up and down the parade route, Nasty looser guy with underage girl, snake man, punk kid getting tackled by a police officer and our personal favorite: large lady hanging out of a window. Due to the cooler weather all of these people must have stayed in their cracks and crevices because they weren't out in the street! Bummer! Maybe next year!

The boys were busting out their dance moves every time a band would come by. At one point we became a little worried because Charlie started using a flag as a prop. I swear I don't know where he comes up with his dance moves!
